AWS marketplace offerings
The offering is contract-based with flexible pay-as-you-go pricing across different tiers and durations. Each tier includes a number of tokens that get consumed based on:
- The number and model of Eurotech Everyware GreenEdge hardware devices activated
- Usage of more than one protocol pack per device
- Excess telemetry data beyond included amounts
While it will be possible to deploy devices in any supported AWS region, the EC platform part of GreenEdge offering is responsible for Device Management and Zero Touch Provisioning.
Choice of US or EU offering may depend on the geographic location of the deployed devices.

How pricing works
As said, the offering consists of a tiered annual pricing with additional usage pricing.
There are Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large tiers with token allotments of 100, 500, 1000, and 5000 tokens respectively for 12, 24, or 36 month contract durations.
The pricing is based on the tier and the duration - for example, the Small 24-month tier is $6,200 and it includes 100 tokens per year. Once the included tokens are consumed, additional tokens are $4.30 each per month.
How tokens are consumed
Each Eurotech device model consumes a set number of tokens. The ReliaGATE 10-14 GE uses 10 tokens, with 1 additional token per extra protocol pack enabled. So a fleet of 7 ReliaGATE 10-14 GEs would fit in the Small 100 token tier for $3,500 for 12 months, as they would consume 70 tokens. However, if each of those devices also used 2 protocol packs, it would total 77 tokens.
The following table represents the token consumption based on the hardware model.
Model | Tokens per device | Tokens for additional protocol pack |
---|---|---|
ReliaGATE 10-14 GE | 10 | 1 |
Usage limits and additional token usage
Service name | Parameter | Value(s) | Price | Description |

Managed devices | 1000 | - | Number of devices provisioned and managed into the SaaS. It is organized into tiers, and is billed on a monthly basis. This value is recorded in the monthly report. | |
Max Connected Devices | 1000 | - | Number of devices concurrently connected. | |
Data Management | Max Device Telemetry and Logstore Data | 200 | - | Maximum amount of telemetry / logstore data, measured in mega-bytes (MB), transmitted by each device each day. |
Data Retention | 7 | - | Number of days that the data will be stored in the database. After this time, data is automatically deleted. | |
Excess Device Data | unlimited | 1 token / 30 MB | Number of MB exceeding Max Device Telemetry Data, calculated as the average excess on monthly basis, for each Managed Device, billed monthly. | |
Routes | 100 | - | Maximum number of routes configurable | |
VPN access | VPN | 10 | - | Number of maximum concurrent VPN connections for remote access. A VPN connection is defined as either a connection from a computer to the VPN server or a connection between the server and a device. For example, when 10 VPN connections are available, they can be configured as a 1 computer-to-server and 9 server-to-device connections; 5 and 5; or any possible combination. |
